Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via the United States Post Office (USPS), UPS and FedEx. While items are typically shipped as soon as possible, you should allow up to one week for processing and shipping (though the FAQ notes a goal of 48 hours). Shipping costs are paid by the buyer in the amount agreed upon at the time of purchase. If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, the company states they will work to resolve the situation, which may include sending a new product when possible. However, they are not responsible for packages that are stolen after being marked as delivered; in those cases, a claim must be filed directly with USPS, UPS, FedEx.
