Yes! Because we use unique textile cuts, recycled materials, and authentic fabrics like Pendleton wool, each Land and Kamp bag features distinct patterns and characteristics, making every piece truly one of a kind.

To clean and maintain your Pendleton wool bag:

• Spot Clean: Spot clean gently using mild detergent and cold water.

• Drying: Air dry flat—never place wool in a dryer or subject it to high heat.

• Maintenance: Use a lint roller or fabric comb to remove fuzz or lint. Do not machine wash or dry clean unless specified.

Standard orders typically process and ship within 2-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

For guaranteed delivery before Christmas, all holiday orders must be placed by December 17th, 2026. Orders placed after December 17th may not arrive prior to the holidays.

• Return Window: Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

• Condition: To be eligible, items must be in original condition (unwashed/unworn) with all tags and accessories attached.

• Return Costs: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Damage: If an item arrives damaged or becomes defective, it may be returned for repair or exchange for an item of similar cost, though the buyer still covers return shipping.

The bags are built to outlast daily commutes, grocery runs, and weekend trips by pairing tightly-woven Pendleton wool and eco-friendly canvas with heavy-duty brass zippers and reinforced stress points sewn on a heavy duty industrial sewing machine with nylon bonded thread that will not wear down with time. The highest quality, top grain leather is sourced from Bend, Oregon.

Unworn, brand-new bags are eligible for exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The recipient of your gift can contact me and I’ll make it hassle free to exchange for a pattern they prefer.

Local Pickup: Available at Urbanite in downtown Portland for orders placed by 10 AM PST (with prior confirmation). Pickups take place Monday through Friday between 2 PM and 6 PM.
