What may I trade in?

Any handmade Land & Kamp bag or denim jacket including Card , Carry All, Wristlet, Bitsy, Crossbody, Backpack, Weekend Tote and Denim Jacket with Pendleton wool back.

what condition is accepted?

Please be kind & try to return it as clean as possible. The item can be stained, damaged, lightly used or new looking. Hard restriction is NO MOLD or exposure to toxic chemicals..

Where can my goods be returned?

Physically mailed to me or dropped at Urbanite at 1005 SE Grand Ave, Portland, OR 97218.

What do I need to include with my return?

Your Land & Kamp goods, your First and Last Name and email address.

what is considered 1 return and what if I have multiple items in my 1 return?

A return is considered each delivery received. If it has 5 items, it will be 1 return. If it has 1 item inside, it will be 1 return.

what are you doing with the returned items?

My goal is to eventually offer lightly used items for purchase. Items in decent shape will be donated to women shelters, disassembled to salvage hardware, scrap clean and donated to other crafters and unsalvageable material will be picked up by a local textile recycler.

When will I receive my credit?

Upon receipt of your return goods, I’ll email you that your item(s) were received, accepted and a code to receive $50 off of your next purchase over $150.

what prevents me from returning 5 items in 5 separate returns.

I do not care how you choose to return your items. Each return regardless of the number of items included will receive a $50 credit towards the next $150 purchase that cannot be combined with other offers.

what if i change my mind?

Yeah! I am more than happy to arrange with you the return of your soft goods.

who pays for shipping?

You pay for shipping. I am working on a prepaid shipping label option but that is down the road.
